  13. Just made these for dinner. Tasted really great! I added a bit of tumeric for color and a bit of garam masala spice. I loved them with the yogurt and chutney, Yummm

  14. I just made these – tasted lovely – did not have green chilli so used chopped sweet red chilli, and did not have fresh ginger so used teaspoon ground ginger. I think I made the patties too big as they broke up a little bit. Next time will make smaller patties and use more oil for frying.

  15. I think most restaurants deep fry these. Is that okay or will they fall apart?

  17. I tried your Chola Tikki, it turned out great, I also tried another method using the same recipe, I took the large reed end of fresh leeks and stuffed the chola tikki mixture into the leeks I then baked them in the oven, we ate 14 between 4 of us and a friend dropped by and finished off the remaining two, both ways were so delicious. Thank you for the video.

  21. yes, I made them and they were very stable. I put the boiled potatoes in fridge before I made the tikki. This makes them stable
