fruits are better to be eaten seperatly and not with another foodgroup.
I start my day with hot water, nettletea , then some fruit. then I shower and do some yoga, by that time the fruit is digested and I have something else. this could be speltbread, or one of the cooked grain varities. I love quinoa but not as breakfast.

Probably want to avoid any soy milk for the smoothie. (Soy procducts are made from GMO”s) Raw milk might be a better choice. Fruit juices are never a healthy choice either. Too much sugar.

I have a large glass of lemon water. And two scrambled eggs on a piece of grainy toast. Then a spirulina fruit smothie afterwards with a little LSA oil in it. I dont know if its healthy but thats what i have
